This isn't just a tasting; it’s a masterclass in savouring the good things in life. Matt will guide us through a curated selection of sparkling, white, and red wines, perfectly paired with speciality cheeses and fresh loaves from Big Dog Bakery.

🏆 The Expert

We are incredibly lucky to be hosted by the Director of Food and Beverage at HIDE (London’s iconic Michelin-starred restaurant). A Court of Master Sommeliers certified expert and former GQ Front of House Personality of the Year, Matt brings nearly two decades of elite hospitality experience to our table.

  • Generous Pours: Roughly half a bottle of premium wine per person.

  • Gourmet Grazing: A range of speciality cheeses and artisan breads.

  • Exclusive Savings: Love what you taste? You’ll have the opportunity to purchase bottles at below RRP directly from the supplying vineyards.
